Furthermore, they have an average of 25 years of operating experience.   Executive directors
       
     
Mr. Wen Song Quan
Mr. Wen is the Chairman of the Company. He has been a Director since he joined the Company in 1990. With almost 40 years of experience in the printing and packaging industry, he is primarily responsible for the overall direction and management of the Group. He graduated from Shanghai Printing School, and held the positions as the deputy head of Shanghai No. 10 People’s Printing Factory, the head of People’s Printing Machinery Repair and Building Factory, the deputy head of Packaging Industry Department of Shanghai Light Industry Bureau, the general manager of Shanghai Packaging and Decoration Company. He is also a director of Shenshi International, Zhejiang Rongfeng, Xuchang Yongchang, Chengdu Wing Fat and Dongguan Wing Fat.
 
Mr. Ding Zhong De
Mr. Ding has been a Director since March 2006 and has been advising on the strategic direction and development of the Group. He graduated from Fudan University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics and a master’s degree in science. He holds the title of senior economist. He has extensive experience in economic research and enterprise management. He worked in Research Office of Shanghai Municipal Party Committee and he was the chairman of Shanghai Industrial Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd., an A-share company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600607). He is also an executive director of SIIC and SIHL, and the chairman of Nanyang Brothers Tobacco.
 
Mr. Zhou Jie
Mr. Zhou has been a Director since January 2005, and has since been participating in the strategic planning and investment of the Group. He graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong University with a master’s degree in engineering management. He has over ten years’ experience in investment, management and merchant banking. Mr. Zhou worked at Shanghai Wanguo Holdings Ltd. (now Shenyin & Wanguo Securities Co. Ltd.). He is presenting Executive Deputy CEO and Executive Director of SIHL.
 
Mr. Jin Guoming
Mr. Jin is the General Manager of the Company and is primarily responsible for the general management of the Company. He graduated from the Zhejiang Institute of Metallurgy Economic and has since worked in the printing and packaging industry for 25 years. He is also currently acting as a director and the general manager of Shenshi International, Zhejiang Rongfeng, a director of Hebei Yongxin, Xuchang Yongchang, Chengdu Wing Fat, Dujiangyan Jiuxing and Dongguan Wing Fat.
 
Mr. Chen Nailang
Mr. Chen has been a Director since October 1999 and is the Executive Deputy General Manager of Dongguan Wing Fat. He is responsible for the production management of Dongguan Wing Fat. He is a graduate of the Shanghai Television University and has worked in the printing and packaging industry for almost 30 years. He is also currently acting as a director of Shenshi International, Zhejiang Rongfeng, Xuchang Yongchang and Dongguan Wing Fat. He is the Executive Deputy General Manager of Dongguan Wing Fat.
 
Mr. Wang Qicong
Mr. Wang joined the Company in October 2006 and has been a Director of the Company since April 2007. He is primarily responsible for sales and marketing operation of the Group. He graduated from the Shanghai Television University in 1987 and has since worked in the printing and packaging industry for more than 20 years. Mr. Wang was the deputy general manager of Shenshi International and Zhejiang Rongfeng respectively.
 
       
     
 
  Independent non-executive directors
       
     
Professor Ho Wing Huen Frederick Professor Ho was appointed as independent non-executive director in March 2008. He holds a Bachelor degree in Science and a Master degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hong Kong. He was formerly the Commissioner for Census and Statistics of Hong Kong and qualified as Chartered Statistician by the Royal Statistical Society. Professor Ho was awarded the honours of SBS and OBE in 2006 and 1993, respectively. He is currently an Honorary Professor of the University of Hong Kong and an Adjunct Professor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was also appointed a Statistical Advisor by the National Bureau of Statistics of the People’s Republic of China.
 
 
Mr. Leung Wai Keung Mr. Leung was appointed as independent non-executive director in March 2008. Mr. Leung obtained a degree in Master of Arts from the University of Lancaster and a degree of Laws from Manchester Metropolitan University and is currently a barrister-at-law and has over 10 years experience practising in the legal field specializing in commercial and company law. Besides being qualified as a lawyer, Mr. Leung is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries, and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He was also an accredited mediator on the Panel of General Mediator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre. Mr. Leung had about 9 years of experience working in accounting and financial management. Mr. Leung was the Vice President of the Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries from 2002 to 2005 and became the President in 2006.
 
 
Mr. Yin De Ming Mr. Yin was appointed as independent non-executive director in March 2008. He was awarded a master’s degree in business administration from Phoenix International University of New Zealand in 2002 and the title of senior economist. Mr. Yin has extensive experience in the printing industry for about 30 years. He was the director of Shanghai No. 4 Printing Factory, and the head of Printing Management Division in Shanghai Municipal Press and Publication Bureau. Mr. Yin also acted as the head of the Shanghai Printing Factory of the Commercial Press (now the Commercial Press Shanghai Printing Co., Ltd.) and the chairman of Shanghai Zhonghua Printing Co., Ltd. He has been the Chairman of Shanghai Printing Trade Association since 2004.
