Mr. Lou Jun is Vice President, Secretary to the Board and General Manager of the Board Office of Shanghai Industrial Investment (Holdings) Company Limited, Chairman of companies namely The Wing Fat Printing Company Limited, Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Company Limited and Hong Kong South Pacific Hotel Company Limited, Executive Director of Shanghai Industrial Urban Development Group Limited.
He obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and graduated from the Youth Work Department of the China Youth University of Political Studies, majoring in Political Education.
He was Deputy Director of the General Office of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the Shanghai Municipal People’s Government) and Director of the General Supervision Department of the Standing Committee Office of Shanghai Municipal People’s Congress, etc.
Mr. Zhao was born in 1977 and holds a postgraduate degree with a Master's in Law. He currently serves as the Director and General Manager of Hong Kong Tien Chu Limited, as well as the Director and President of The Wing Fat Printing Co., Ltd.
Mr Zhang Yaohua was born in 1973 and is both an engineer and an economist. He currently serves as a director of The Wing Fat Printing and as a director and general manager of Nanyang Brothers Tobacco Holdings Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in Polymer Chemistry from Fudan University and a Master's degree in Professional Accounting (MPAcc) from the joint program of Shanghai National Accounting Institute and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. He previously held the position of Vice President at Shanghai Pharmaceuticals.
